When i first saw the trailer for the film, I thought it looked like every other Disney related film, very generic, and nothing fresh... BOY WAS I WRONG!
Lets start with the trailer, it was well put together and didn't reveal the plot twist that is actually in the film. This automatically puts this film on my radar, but also the trailer was visually beautiful... My first thought, as above changed by the end of the trailer, and my next problem was finding time to see the film....
The film it self is just brilliant. The visual effects are just amazing and seamless throughout the film. The story draws you in and keeps you entertained, although this film is a PG, don't just write the film off. This film is like the child friendly version of Batman films, light at the beginning and the story darkens after the first 20 or so minutes. The film, is really well put together, and whenever you guess on what will happen next, your wrong, and this happened to me many times.
The cast is also really good, not overwhelmed with lots of actors, but enough to keep the film alive. Over all the I would go an see the film in the Cinema as soon as you can, because it really is stunning, but see it in 2D, as 3D is still not mind-blowing.
