We will review the application to ensure that we are able to provide our service to you. We need to ensure that you are able to commit to either buying or selling. In our experience, some of our clients change their mind at the last minute, and so, we have to ensure that this does not happen with us. We may, if needed, visit you in person to complete your membership application.
We have to ensure that you are cash liquid, and have a net worth of at least £1 million. The reason behind this, is to ensure that you have the ability to buy an asset when needed, but from a selling point we need to know that you are not dependent on the funds coming from the asset being sold.
Our services are for Members only. We have to ensure that you are serious, when you are looking to either buy or sell in the market.
The good news is that membership with us is completely free. Although it is free, we do have a take each new application very seriously, we do not let anyone become a member. We have to ensure that you are liquid enough to be able to become a member. The other benefit of becoming a member is that all our assets remain 'off the market', by this, our aim to to move the asset within our members, whether that is with an individual or agency. Should we not be able to move the asset within the group, we will consider placing it to the open market. We make sure that our members get a completely private transaction.
We ensure that our management team is available to you at all times. For us, communication is very important. Upon becoming a member you will be given a key list of contacts within the company.
We work out of an office based in the UK, Kent. In reality we spend a lot of time travelling between clients and buyers, that we end up working remotely. Even though we are on the road a lot, we ensure that you are still able to contact us.
We only have one office, in the UK. The reason behind this, we travel, a lot. We spend a lot of time meeting buyers and sellers, meaning we tend to work remotely. We do plan to have a permanent office in place soon.
We broker and consult in the following sectors; Motoring, Aviation, Property/Land, Yachts and Rare/Vintage Wines.
We do not list assets that our buyers have in a traditional sense, as our focus into either buy or sell quickly and securely within our members, whether they are private or agency based. We would only list an asset on the open market, should we not find a buyer within our own network.
Absolutely. We work with multiple different agencies to ensure your asset gets sold quickly, but most importantly for the best price. We would only Co-Broke, if we are unable to work the asset within our own network.
We can not disclose how many buyers we have, but yes we do. We are a members only firm, so our success rate is far greater than a standard firm. We are very strict on who gets a membership with us, but each on eof our members is very well qualified, so we know that our members are serious in this market.
Depending on the asset, we are exposed to high valued assets on a day to day basis and track values of assets often. We also evaluate the assets overall quality to what is currently on the market. There are lots of factors to bear in mind, from Currency, Location, size, and Paperwork. So, it is a little difficult to give an accurate answer.
We study the market every day, but like buying a house, we use independent surveyors, specialists to evaluate and produce a report on the asset. This means that we are using the report to work out the asset value compared to similar listings on the market.
This very much depends on the asset in question. We generally put together a brochure on the asset and send to our members. We also should it be needed, to produce a video, generally, this is not needed.
This is a very important question. We ensure that any buyers that we work with are financially stable and liquid. We ask them to provide financial statements over a three month period. We also ask them to provide evidence of where the monies used to buy the asset have come from. We also look at their work and or business for any Anti Money Laundering and or debts. If needed, and again depending on the asset, a full credit check.
This depends on where the asset is located and or your personal preference as the seller.
